The following comments need to be addressed prior to submittal of the mylar plan set for signatures. Revisions may be submitted for review via email. 1. Sheet 2: Accurately depict existing conditions including the modern street car amenities and existing and proposed utilities along Cushing Street at Linda Avenue. Include a detail showing sidewalk connection. 2. Sheet 2: Will any erosion protection be provided at where flows are exiting the pavement area of Linda Ave at Sta.16+50, E? Has an easement for the channel be secured for the proposed channel across parcel block B? Include details of the proposed channel in this plan set if channel improvements are not part of development plan. Refer to redline plans for additional comments and comment details.
