The following comments need to be addressed in the subsequent review submittal. 1. Sheet1: Include the plan number "I-2013-007" in the title block of each sheet. 2. Sheet 1: Include Development Services Department PIA activity number "T13PI00006"on cover sheet. 3. Sheet 1: Provide roadway dedication recordation information. 4. Submit a drainage report for the roadway improvements per the City Standards Manual for Drainage Design and Floodplain Improvements with re-submittal. 5. Sheet2: Provide cross sections references in plan view. 6. Sheet 2: Accurately depict existing conditions including the modern street car amenities and exsiting and proposed utilities. 7. Sheet 2: Provide roadway centerline data. 8. Sheet: 2 Provide vertical curve data. 9. Sheet 2: Provide stationing, and offsets for all curb BCRs, ECRs and angle points. Also indicate the radii for the curb returns and parking islands. 10. Sheet 2: Indicate the final surface treatment for buffer area between cur and sidewalk and within the parking islands. 11. Sheet 2: Provide a minimum 6" buffer between the proposed sidewalk and right-of-way limits. 12. Sheet 2: Provide an ADA accessible route across Linda Avenue at intersection located at Sta.+/- 16+20. 13. Sheet: 2: Indicate the placement of post barricades behind the concrete headers at the future private roadway turnouts. 14. Sheet 2: Indicate asphaltic concrete mix number per Pima County Standards for Public improvements. 15. Sheet 2: Indicate the placement of survey monuments along roadway centerline at the ends of horizontal curves and at roadway intersections. 16. Sheet 2: Detail 2 Correct detail references. 17. Sheet 2: The street centerline at the intersection located at Sta.+/- 16+20 does not comply with the Technical Standards Manual (TSM) alignment requirements. The minimum centerline offset is 150 feet per TSM 10-01.6.3. Refer to redline plans for additional comments and comment details.
