The following comments need to be addressed prior to submittal of mylar plan set for final review and approval. 1. Sheet 2: In order to accommodate a future 6' wide sidewalk. (TSM 10-01.4.1.A) along 22nd Street, indicate the placement of 6' wide curb access ramps at proposed driveway. 6' wide sidewalk can be transitioned to 4' to match existing. Additionally indicate the placement of 6" reveal curb behind curb access ramp on the east side of driveway 2. Sheet 2: Will placement of sidewalk at abandoned driveway entrance alter existing drainage patterns? Is a sidewalk scupper warranted per Technical Standards Manual Sec. 10-01.4.4?.
