05/06/2013 GARY WITTWER DOT LANDSCAPE REVIEW Approv-Cond Please concrete in the new median. 4" thick. match existing finish with what is existing to the west.
05/06/2013 LANCE PETERSON DOT STREET MAINTENANCE REVIEW Denied We have reviewed these plans and have the following comments:

1. Sheet 2 of 7 - Plans call for new curb access ramps but do not list detail or provide survey information for the layout. (No BCR, ECR etc)
2. Sheet 3 - Pavement Section 22nd Street - Is this pavement section matching what is existing? If not, the plan should state this section or match existing, whichever provides the larger stuctural section.
3. Sheet 3 - Pavement Section Side Street Entrance - This pavement section calls for a mix #1 as the finish course. Typically the City does not allow mix #1 as a finish course. Usually a mix #2, #3 or even a chip seal is placed over mix #1.
4. Sheet 6 and 7 - Title is different than the previous pages.

No further comments.
