SUBJECT: Offsite Improvement Plan CAID Industries, Bilby Road

PROJECT REVIEWER: Richard Leigh, DOT, Permits and Codes Section

RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: Permits and Codes Section has reviewed the PIA Plan and does not recommends approval at this time. The following comments need to be addressed in the subsequent review submittal.

1. Sheet1: Include the plan number "U-2013-004" in the title block of each sheet.

2. Sheet 1: Include Development Services Department PIA activity number "T13PI00003"on cover sheet.

3. Sheet 1: Revise title block so that the title block information is identical on all sheets except for sheet number. Extraneous labeling such as details of sheet or the street name may be labeled above title block. Additionally, include the Bilby Road in the plan title.

4. Sheet 2: Depict and label reconfigured drainage easement on plan view. Submit revised easement language for review. The easement area south of the security wall/trash fence must be a flowage easement to the City.

5. Sheet 3: Clearly label any details that are not part of the PIA with "NOT PART OF PIA".

6. Sheet 4: Provide Stationing and offsets for BCRs and ECRs of new driveway; use COT paving plan I-97-61 stationing.

7. Sheet 4, Dtl. 2/4: Provide a curb access ramp per PC/COT S.D. 207 and vertical curb per PC/COT S.D. 209 on east side of driveway.

8. Sheet 4, Dtl. 1/4: Provide a cross section, perpendicular to the channel, of the proposed reconfigured box culvert entrance.

9. Sheet 4, Dtl. 1/4:Provide a detail which clearly shows the limits of the existing wing walls removals and a detail showing the new gunite slope protection connection to existing wing wall.
