The following comments need to be addressed prior to submittal of mylar plan set for final review and approval. 1. Sheet 4: The vertical to wedge curb transitions at the sidewalk scupper at station 10+87.96, LT (Tyndall Ave) are inaccurately depicted. Per Std. Dtl. 210 the gutter line should remain consistent through the transition. Revise accordingly. 2. Sheet 6, Hardscape Sections: Reference City of Tucson Standard Detail 201 for the brick pavers. Also, specify the proposed brick pattern. 3. Sheet 6, Detail 7: Show how steel plate over the bubbler box will be supported, Sta. Dtl. 205 limit span to 2.5'. 4. Indicate on plan, as a general note and on the detail, that the abutting property owner will be responsible maintenance for the bubbler box.
