This project involves assessment of the floodplain and erosion hazard conditions affecting two COT real estate parcels adjacent to the Stone Avenue Wash channel. This floodplain use permit is for review only (not for construction). Separate elevation certificates will be generated under separate floodplain use permits for the parcel development. Diskette of final revised report shall be provided and one hard copy of the final report may be submitted to the City of Tucson for archive at PDSD Engineering.
