Per UDC TABLE 6.3-3.A: DIMENSIONAL STANDARDS FOR THE O-1, O-2, & O-3 ZONES, Res Use adjacent to NonRes zone, the required perimeter yard to the east property line is 10' or ¾ the height of the exterior building wall. Based on an exterior wall height of 20.08' the required perimeter yard setback to the east property line is 15.06' proposed is 14.0'.
