This site is in the HRC3 Zone. Historic review is required (UDC Sections 3.3.7 and 5.8.5).

A single-family residence (SFR) is a permitted use in the HC-3 zone (Table 4.8-4).

The minimum setback an interior lot for a residential use in this zone is the greater of ten (10) feet or three-quarters (3/4) the height of each wall facing the interior lot line (Table 6.3-4.A). The height of the proposed wall to all the interior lot lines is fifteen (15) feet, five (5) inches. The required setback is twelve (12) feet, four (4) inches (Table 6.3-43A). The prosed setback is zero inches at the closest poing of each lot line.

The minimun driveway length is eighteen (18) feet to the front property line (Section 6.4.5.C.2.b.(1)(a) & (b). The proposed driveway length is also zero.
