| 11/06/2015 | MARTIN BROWN | FIRE | REVIEW | Reqs Change | Tank needs to be relocated as it is blocking electrical panel and other items that need access. |
| 11/13/2015 | ROBERT SHERRY | PLUMBING-COMMERCIAL | REVIEW | Reqs Change | 1. The floor sink, P19A, located under the pot sink seems to have disappeared from the below slab plumbing plan but is still shown (albeit unlabeled) on the sanitary riser diagram. Reference: Section 107.2.1, IBC 2012. 2. The large CO2 storage tank appears to be blocking access to the prefabricated stop/backflow preventer panel, the beverage rack, and the remote lighting panel. Clarify how access will be provided to these items. Reference: Section 107.2.1, IBC 2012. 3. Clarify why an additional shut off valve and check valve on the cold water supply to the water heater have been installed between the hot water storage tank and the expansion tank. The new valves make the expansion tank unable to control thermal expansion in the storage tank. Reference: Section 607.3, IPC 2012. 4. The backflow preventer schedule on sheet P6.1 calls for a Watts LF7 dual check valve to be used for the coffee and tea brewers. Per Section 608.16.10, IPC 2012, an ASSE 1022 certified dual check valve with an atmospheric vent is required for used with coffee machines and non-carbonated beverage dispensers. 5. Revise the roof drains for the main entry tower to provide a separate secondary drain with a separate termination point that is observable by maintenance personnel (see sheet P-4.1). Reference: Section 1108.2, IPC 2012. 6. Include the additional area from the revised main entry tower in the roof drain calculations for the northeast roof drain. Reference: Section 1106, IPC 2012. |

| 11/16/2015 | ROBERT SHERRY | MECHANICAL-COMMERCIAL | REVIEW | Reqs Change | If the carbon dioxide storage consists of more than two 50-pound cylinders, provide a mechanical exhaust system activated by an asphyxiant gas detection system.
