The purpose of this review is to verify compliance to the 2012 International Residential Code with local amendments. Other comment references may be derived from additional codes and standards adopted by The City of Tucson. All features have been checked only to the extent allowed by the submittals provided for review. All portions of this project are assumed to meet other departmental requirements, conditions, and concerns before permit approval. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: 1. Specify size of electrical service, E3602.2. Note: Electrical services less than 150 amps must include an electrical load calculation to justify system capacity. 2. Provide roof framing and/or equipment supports capable of accommodating the proposed equipment load. Note: (2) 2x6 rafters spanning 8'10" are not approved to support an additional 315 pound unit. 3. Provide Manual J/S/D calculations for the forced air unit in accordance with M1401.3, M1601.1. 4.
