PP A2.1 Shower 105 to comply with IBC 1109.2.1.3 (family shower requires w.c. and lav in same room). When you make changes to plan you may consider that you are allowed to have 2 each single user "family" restrooms rather than 1 mens and 1 womens.

PP A2.1 The prefab shower insert specified has an o.d. of 62", your room is specified as 61" wide, clarify

PP A2.1/A7.1 if your intent is to sound insulate the ceilings then specify how you are addressing insulation at light fixtures, and whether fixture is rated for contact with insulation

PP A7.1: 1) detail 1...clarify "air barrier" notation, and where that is required in our adopted energy code. 2) details 2,3,4,6...clarify noted 2" closure angle, is your intent to specify Armstrong shadow moulding with a 2" bottom flange?

PP A8.1 1) detail 1... why 12 3/256" min? 2) detail 6..there is no section in the IBC as noted, and the commentary does not meet any past edition of the IBC 3) detail 7...please be aware that the Armstrong ceiling system specified does not require hanger wires within 8" of the wall, and that the dimensions shown, while not incorrect, are confusing for the system specified. 4) detail 14...specify screw type and size.
