COMMENTS:

01. Zoning has reviewed the building plans for compliance and consistency with the development package site plan. While the building plans are in substantial compliance with the unapproved version of the DP zoning cannot approve the building plans until the Revised version of the DP is approved and stamped.

02. Once the DP site has been approved and all building trades reviewers have approved the building plan, zoning will approve and sign off on the permit application for the New Scale House Building.

03. Any changes that are made to the DP site plan that affect the proposed building must be addressed on both the building plans package and site plan.
