The building plans have been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed. 2. Sheet SG-1, Drawing Index does not match the order if the drawings. 3. This comment was not addressed. There are still LUC references on sheet SG-2, i.e. floor area ratio, development designators etc. Remove all references from the plan. Sheet SG-2 references the Land Use Code (LUC). As the LUC is not longer applicable and the development package was reviewed under the Unified Development Code (UDC) remove all references to the LUC from this sheet or remove the sheet. 4. Zoning has reviewed the floor plans and elevations for Buildings 16, 17, 18,19 & 20 and they appear to reflect what is proposed for the DP. 5. Once the above comments are addressed and all other PDSD agencies have approved the building plans Zoning is will to provide and over-the-counter review. Call or email to schedule this review. 6. Zoning will re-review the building plan on the next submittal to insure compliance with the approved development package. Additional comments may be forthcoming.
