Provide structural calculations for the mounting shelf for the water heater to show that the water heater will be safely supported. Reference: Section 301.2, IPC 2012. 2. Clarify the backflow specifications for the carbonated beverage dispensers. The backflow device note on the plumbing plan (P-01) and the beverage center backflow schematic (P-02) both call for an ASSE 1013-listed reduced pressure backflow assembly for the carbonated beverages but the note on the fixture connection schedule calls for an ASSE 1022-listed dual check valve. 3. The sanitary waste diagram on sheet P-02 shows a dry-vented fixture drain connecting to the vent for a water closet, as if the fixture drains were connected at different levels with a common vent. Show that each trap and trapped fixture has been vented in accordance with one of the methods shown in the IPC. Reference: Section 901.2.1, IPC 2012. 4. Clarify the installation of a hydromechanical grease interceptor with the vented flow control device to serve a floor sink can be installed, i.e. show how the flow control device can be installed below the floor level with ready access (defined as being able "to be directly reached without requiring the removal or movement of any panel, door or similar obstruction") and in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
