IBC section 107.2.1 requires that documents be provided with sufficient clarity for review. This page contains excessive, redundant, and unclear notations, walltypes and detail references; therefore there is no clarity and therefore this page cannot be reviewed.

pp a3.1

a) provide cut-detail references for counter elevations and unclear wall types (wall G)

b) segregate wall construction types from wall finishes as it makes construction notes unclear.

c) general note 3 references the wrong building code.

d) general note 21 is a construction requirement that should be noted in a referenced detail for flooring installation. It is not a general method for workmanship similar to the other notes.

If you mean for EF2 and EF3 to be continuous while occupied then please indicate on plans. Showing a 7day time clock for these fans would also resolve any sequence of operation questions regardeing compliance with IMC 403.2.

Provide information from ceiling fan manufacturer regarding locations of supply diffusers within the cieling fan area.
