Humans do not come in tenths of a portion, round to the nearest whole number. c) the accessible requirement table includes a "bar" space. please clarify why this is not part of the dinging area as a whole. d) you have noted an existing 1 hour demising wall. A rated demising wall is not required and This tenant is going into a shell space where no walls exist, please clarify. e) you show existing fire extinguishers...please indicate their location as it seems unlikely they are already there. f) general note 7 indicates compliance with the 2006 IBC please correct for the current codes Page a1.1 a) Justify calling restrooms, parts of the kitchen, service areas, and egress paths a B occupancy. b) coordinate occupancy calculations with pp a1.0 c) fire protection note 7 asks for compliance with ibc 9112, there is no such section nor is there a section 911.2 Page sp2: delete incorrect standard suspended ceiling note1 and correct typo suspended ceiling note 8. PP a2.0 Demo keynote 3 refers to informtion not provided with this plan set. Clarify if there is an existing opening, if there is not an existing opening then provide a detail reference for the structural removal of this area. PP a3.0 IBC section 107.2.1 requires that documents be provided with sufficient clarity for review. This page contains excessive, redundant, and unclear notations, walltypes and detail references; therefore there is no clarity and therefore this page cannot be reviewed. pp a3.1 a) provide cut-detail references for counter elevations and unclear wall types (wall G) b) segregate wall construction types from wall finishes as it makes construction notes unclear. c) general note 3 references the wrong building code. d) general note 21 is a construction requirement that should be noted in a referenced detail for flooring installation. It is not a general method for workmanship similar to the other notes. PP a4.0 Providing keynotes and cutsheet references is redundant and clutters the page. Caution, fans shown under and next to supply registers could be a problem. Check for required clearances from fan manufacturer. pp a6.0 keynote 16 references a sliding gate but the cutsheet detail has a hinged gate. pp a5.0/a8.1 please provide manufacturer information for compatability of paint (note P12) with fireproofing material. pp a9.0 details 7,9,10 indicate compression struts and splayed bracing. Do you mean "where required for siesmic restraint" ? |
