3. Until the development package has been approved the building plans cannot be approved.

4. Zoning will re-review the building plan on the next submittal to insure compliance with the approved development package. Additional comments may be forthcoming.

3. Based on Table 402.4(2), IFGC 2012, some of the gas pipes are undersized (e.g. 1982 CFH requires a 4" pipe, 741 CFH requires a 2-1/2" pipe). [Initial comment: Provide natural gas pipe sizing calculations. Include the developed pipe lengths on plans. Reference: Section 402.3, IFGC 2012.]
