Building plan review for the Cheddar's Restaurant at El Con

(As of this second review the development package site plan has not been fully approved by all reviewing agencies including zoning.)

1. Zoning has reviewed the building plans for compliance with the Development Package in for review. While the building plans are in substantial compliance with the Preliminary development package site zoning cannot approve the buildings plans until the development package is approved.

2. Zoning will re-review the building plans on the next submittal and compare them to the approved Development Package. Keep in mind that the building plans cannot be approved by zoning until a full approval of the development package has occurred.

3. Zoning is willing to review the building plans over the counter on the next submittal with an appointment, assuming the development package site plan is approved and stamped and available or included with the building plan package. Call in advance for the appointment so I can reserve a time slot to go over the plans.
