2. Complete the Envelope Compliance Certificate by checking the appropriate line items in Section 3, the Air Leakage, Component Certification, and Vapor Retarder Requirements. Supporting documentation shall be either on the drawings or in the project manual. The project manual shall be sealed per Section R4-30-304 of the Rules of the Board of Technical Registration.
3. Revise the energy code analysis for the building envelope, coordinating the building components used in the analysis with those shown on the drawing (e.g. R-19 batt insulation in the furr-in cavity is not continuous insulation, no insulation is called out for the new roof, etc.). Reference: Section C303.1, IECC 2012, as amended by the City of Tucson.
4. Complete the Mechanical Compliance Certificate by checking the appropriate line items in Section 4, the Requirements Checklist. Supporting documentation (e.g. automatic start controls, automatic shut-off dampers for exhaust and intake openings, commissioning, etc) shall be either on the drawings or in the project manual.
5. Full compliance with the 2012 IECC requires that an "additional efficiency package option" be selected per Section C406. Identify which of the three options has been selected.
