09/17/2013 LEE HANLY BUILDING-RESIDENTIAL REVIEW Reqs Change There is minor erratta throughout plans concerning structural, plumbing, & mechanical systems, etc. This errata will be discussed with applicant in person for correction. Following corrections are in addition to the errata.

1) Provide information for the thermal envelope of the building

2) Provide Manual J calculations for mechanical systems

3) Show connections of dishwasher to water supply and waste.

4) Tucson Water limits a 5/8" meter to a max demand of 15GPM, and a 3/4" meter to 22.5 GPM. Your total demand is 20 GPM for condo's 2-6 and will be higher than that for condo 1 when irrigation is connected.

5) Provide scupper sizing calculation for roof area and indicate secondary (overflow) drainage. Sizing calculations to be given for required downspout also.

6) indicate location of carbon monoxide detectors.
