This site is in the HO-3 Zone. Historic review is required (UDC Sections 3.3.7 and 5.8.5). (This project is scheduled for historic review.)

A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (UDC Section 4.7.15).

The historic review is required for building addition.

Per UDC Table 6.3-3.A Residential Use to Non-Residential Zone the required perimeter yard setback is 10 or ¾ the height of the building exterior wall. Based on a wall height of 12'-4' the required perimeter yard setback to the west and south property line is 10'-0", proposed perimeter yard setback to the west property line is 6'-11", proposed perimeter yard setback to the south property line is 0'-0",.
