4. Revise the mechanical design as required to avoid using corridor 109 as a return air duct. Reference: Section 601.2, IMC 2012.
5. All new work (e.g. insulation for new ducts) shall at least comply with the requirements of the current energy code, not necessarily just "match existing". Reference: Section 101.4.3, IECC 2012.
