The building plans have been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed. 2. As this project proposed changes to the existing site and changes to a parking area that was approved under a temporary use permit (TUP), which has expired, a new development package is required. This development package can be accomplished by the following; Provide a copy of last approved site/development plan sheet that includes the vehicle parking calculation. Provide a copy of the last approved site/development plan with the area of change clouded. Provide a detail sheet similar to sheet E1.2 PH1, provided with this submittal, showing a fully dimensioned vehicle use area the meets the requirements of UDC Section 7.4.6. Provide revised vehicle parking calculations. 3. Zoning can not approve the building plans until a development package has been submitted and approved. 4. Zoning will re-review the building plan on the next submittal to insure compliance with the approved development package. Additional comments may be forthcoming.
