The minimum setback is the greater of six (6) feet, or two-thirds (2/3) the height of the structure's wall facing each interior property line (Table 6.3-2.A). The minimum setback to both the south and west property line is six (6) feet. The proposed setbacks to both property lines are eight (8) inches. |
