Thornydale Road - New Retail T13CM03535 Building Plan (3rd Review) TRANSMITTAL DATE: November 20, 2013 1. The building plans have been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed. 2. The proposed building east elevation does not meet the requirements of Rezoning Case C9-03-12, Condition 10, All walls and buildings along the southern and eastern edge of the site shall be treated with non-reflective materials and shall include architectural elements to compliment the southwestern façade along the scenic route frontage on River Road. 3. Either remove the development package sheets or mark as reference only, as these sheets have not be approved. 4. Zoning will re-review the building plan on the next submittal to insure compliance with the approved development package. Additional comments may be forthcoming.
