The minimum setback is the greater of six (6) feet, or two-thirds (2/3) the height of the structure's wall facing each interior property line (Table 6.3-2.A). The height of the proposed addition facing the south property line is thirteen (13) feet, six (6) inches. The required setback is nine (9) feet. The proposed setback to the south property line is one (1) foot. |
