Please clarify why there are two buiilding area analysis in the Code Data summary, Sections B and D? a. Which one is correct? 6. Rework your plumbing fixture calculations based upon the calculated occupancy load of 507 and required number of fixtures from table 2902.1 of the 2012 IBC. SHEET A.01 7. At detail 7, delete the signage requirement shown mounted in the middle of the door and correct your signage specifications to that as pet the 2009 ICC A117.1, Section 703. 8. Insure that all details shown on this sheet are as per the 2012 IBC, Chaspter 11 and 2009 Edition, ICC A117.1. SHEET A0.2 9. The exit separation if sprinkled, is 1/3 of the diagional distance not 1/2. That's under a non-sprinkled building. SHEET S1.0 10. Please provide Certification of Special Inspectors. STRUCTURAL SHEETS 11. Please provide structural calculations for all the details shown on the structural drawings that are not covered in the submitted calculations for roof top mechanical equipment.
