Section R4-30-304 of the Rules of the Arizona State Board of Technical Registration, states that a notation shall be placed beneath the seal, either written, typed, or electronically generated, that provides the day, month, and year of the expiration of current registration. (Effective March 8, 2008).
2. Clarify the plumbing code to be used for this activity. The plumbing general notes on sheet PME1.01 refers to the 2012 IPC but the Code Index on sheet CS refers to the 2003 IPC. This review has been made using the 2012 IPC.
3. Clarify the meaning of "CW": it appears to mean "condensate waste" on sheet P1.01 and "cold water" on sheet P2.01. Reference: Section 107.2.1, IBC 2012.
4. Provide plumbing plans for the new work, including water isometrics and waste and vent isometrics. Reference: Section 107.2.1, IBC 2012.
5. Provide a design for the mounting shelf for the water heater along with structural calculations to show that the water heater is safely supported. Reference: Section 301.2, IPC 2012.
6. Clarify that the specified thermostatic mixing valves or faucets for the lavatories shall conform to ASSE 1070. Reference: Section 416.5, IPC 2012.
7. Provide water pressure and water pipe sizing calculations. Note that the specified water closet requires a minimum flow pressure of 35 PSI. Reference: Sections 604.1 and 604.3, IPC 2012.

Revise the sequence of operation for the restroom exhaust fan, EF-1 so that all of the air supplied to the restrooms will be exhausted with no more than 10% exhausted air being recirculated (i.e. the exhaust fan shall run whenever the HVAC system is supplying air to the restroom). Reference: Section 403.2.1 (4), IMC 2012.
