Zoning has reviewed the building plans and while the plans are in compliance with the approved development package, zoning cannot approve the plans until the building plans reviewers have approved and stamped the building plans. This is due to possible changes that may affect the site approval. However, zoning can review and approve the building plans over the counter once the building plans reviewers have approved and stamped the building plans.
