COMMENTS: The following comments are for the purpose of applying for a variance before the Board of Adjustment.


The site is located in the R-1 zone, in a Residential Cluster Project (RCP) (LUC Section 2.3.4.2.A.e). The setback requirement along the edge of a RCP-4 subdivision are the greater of ten (10) feet or three-quarters the height (LUC Sections 3.2.31.F and 3.2.6.4).

The proposed setback for the detached sleeping quarters is four (4) feet to the edge of the subdivision.
