Below are comments on the authorized repair resubmittal for COT ID# 491 at
3782 North Oracle Road (T13BU01042).

1. In Billboard Note #9, reinsert "f" (as in the original submittal), as
the plan sheets are now clarified to show replacement of the Z-clips (angle
clips).

2. If apron and apron stringer replacement is to occur (per drawings in
Sheets 2 and 3), add "b" and "g".

1. In Scope of Work, reinsert "F" (as in the original submittal), as the
plan sheets are now clarified to show replacement of the Z-clips (angle
clips).

2. If apron and apron stringer replacement is to occur per drawings on
Sheets 2 and 3, reinsert "B" and "G" (as in the original Scope of Work) and
add two standard paragraphs describing the removal and replacement [Note:
there was no comment provided on the original submittal to indicate the
deletion of subsections "B" and "G"]; alternatively, if apron and apron
stringer replacement is NOT to occur, delete reference to this work in South
Face Sign Elevation.
