COMMENTS: The following comments are for the purpose of applying for a variance before the Board of Adjustment (UDC Section 3.10.1).


This site is located in the RX-1 zone (UDC 4.7.6 & Table 6.3-1.A). The maximum height for a perimeter retaining wall is ten (10) feet from design grade to the top of the wall (UDC 6.6.2.I. and 6.6.2.I.2).

A Board of Adjustment variance is required for the proposed retaining wall with a fence or railing on top. The proposed height of the retaining wall is twelve (12) feet, eight (8) inches with an additional three (3) feet of fence or railing on top.

Clearly dimension the footprint of the SFR and delineate the carport and covered patio on the plot plan.
