On the site aerial sheet, increase the font size to 12 point at minimum throughout the drawing. (check your "Billboard Notes" , Legal Description, Location map, address and phone number for the Thomas Associates - and in the body of the aerial photo identifying the billboard footprint and the dimensions adjacent to it). These notations need to be increased to a minimum of 12 point for records to be scanned legibly. The current font is just too small for records to be accurately scanned.
