Below are comments for the required modification and authorized repair
submittal for COT ID# 282 at 3646 South Campbell Avenue (T13BU00289).

1. Conform Exhibit 9 authorizations in Billboard Note #9 to those in Sheet
2 (as revised per comments below).

1. In Notes and Specifications (sixth paragraph), add applicable
subsections under Exhibit 9 of Stipulation authorizing replacement of
Z-clips and addition of new end rails respectively.

2. In Plan View indicate front catwalk on south face as remaining (or
otherwise clarify); also, conform term “crossover” to “walkaround” as used
in Stipulation and elsewhere on plan sheet.

3. Provide full detail of existing and replacement front catwalk section.

4. Provide full detail of existing and replacement walkaround and how outer
edge matches that of the street ends of the two front catwalks; clarify why
the plan sheet cites Exhibit 9, Subsection 2(l), yet does not show a
supplemental (full-width) walkaround (i.e, an added walkaround extending
existing one that remains in place).

5. Provide full detail of added end rail.

6. Clarify if light fixtures and supports are to remain in place during
work; if to be rotated or otherwise moved or removed, provide for a special
inspection to assure finished work complies with the Outdoor Lighting Code.

7. Specify that removed column ladder is not to be reinstalled (or,
alternatively, that ladder will be shortened in same measure as column
reduction).

8. Indicate number of existing and replacement fasteners for Z-clips to
stringers for each face; clarify if #12 x 1 ¼” screws are correct fasteners
given that existing stringers are shown as angle iron.

Below is a revision to Comment #6 on Sheet 2 for the required modification
and authorized repair submittal for COT ID# 282 at 3646 South Campbell
Avenue (T13BU00289). The original comment was provided on March 18, 2013.
