The following comments need to be addressed in the next submittal. 1. Include the plan number "I-2012-007" in title block of each sheet. 2. Include Development Services Department PIA activity number (T12PI0012) on cover sheet. 3. Provide a minimum 8' wide graded shoulder with a maximum cross slope of 2% along the edge of the new pavement. 4. Have the existing pavement thicknesses on Old Spanish Trail been verified? According to the as-built plans (I-88-35A), the 8 feet of the roadway edge has a pavement section of 2 inches of asphalt over compacted subgrade. This section of the roadway was not designed for traffic loading but as a bike lane. Provide a pavement structural section designed for the appropriate traffic loads.
