5. Sheet 1, Legend; include all lines used in drawing. Use the proper line weight.

6. Sheet 1, Site Location Map; remove Plat information. Indicate street names. See redlines.

7. Sheet 2, All Easements, dedications, right-of-way should be depicted in plan view and labeled with recordation information (docket/page or plat book/page) prior to approval. See redlines.

8. Sheet 2, A minimum of 1-foot (2 foot Preferred) buffer must be provided between top of slope and sidewalk (natural slopes). Indicate slope and slope treatment.

9. Sheet 2, Delineate the proposed right-of-way. Also indicate drainage flow arrows.

10. Sheet 2, Keynote 6; Indicate proposed locations of street lights. Include electrical details on this plan set.
11. Proposed sidewalk will be a minimum of 6 feet wide on all collector streets and 5 feet wide on all local streets. Glenn Street is a collector street. Cherry Avenue is a local street. Revise sidewalk areas.

12. Sheet 3, Provide a detailed cross section for Bus Stop Loading Pad.

13. Sheet 3, Indicate the slope and slope treatment. See redlines.

14. Sheet 4, Detail 1; Indicate street and curb slope.

15. Sheet 4, See redlines and make corrections.

16. Utility Clearances must be submitted.
