Resubmittal Required: Traffic Engineering recommends a conditional approval of the PIA Plan; therefore revisions to the plans are required prior to the submittal of mylars. The following items must be revised or added to the plan.

1. Place the PIA activity number to the cover sheet of the plans.

2. Sheet 3: Section View of 'Landscape parking island curb and header placement' needs to have a curb transition at the inlet into the landscape island.

2.Sheet 1, remove the text encompassed with red ink on the project title and title block.

3.Sheet 3, Detail Plan View, indicate the finished surface treatment. Also indicate a callout number or letter for the cross section detail.

4.Sheet 3, Detail Section View, indicate location of this view. Indicate curb height.

5.Include a copy of the Landscape Improvement plans with next submittal.

6.Engineer of Record must provide written documentation that all utilities within the right of way have been cleared for construction.

7.All curb access ramps being impacted by new sidewalk must be A.D.A. compliant.

8.Indicate a dimensioned detail for the area drain structure and pipe to be placed in the right-of-way within the landscaped area.
