SUMMARY: Engineering has reviewed the CMG hydrology report dated 29, 2012 for 10100 E Millmar Rd, and recommends approval. For permits, provide a grading plan that shows conformance to approved report, to include the following per DS Sec.10-02 and Tucson Code Chap 26 Article I Sec.26-8(d)(2):
1) Show alternate / emergency all weather access route on grading plan. Provide topography and or spot elevations showing maximum depth of 100-year flow.
2) Provide spot elevations for both existing and proposed conditions around structure.
3) Show and label erosion protection and lowest adjacent grades of proposed pad on grading plan per Sec.26-8(d)(2).
4) Label minimum FFE based on approved hydrology report.
5) Label floodplain, 100-yr BFE, and erosion hazard setbacks on plan.

Please be aware that an elevation certificate will be required for the addition and may be applied for at grading permit application or at minimum prior to commencement of construction.
