Please address the following and provide a response letter detailing how each has been addressed. 1. Revise the sheet order and notes to conform to the Development Package Development Standard requirements. 2. Revise note 27 on Sheet 1 to reflect that the project is within a special flood hazard area, FEMA zone AE. The SFHA zone is effective until changed by FEMA with a Letter of Map Revision. 3. Show sight visibility triangles for the street intersections adjacent to the project. Show dimensions for the parking areas in the street as well. 4. Clarify the status of the "Public Right of Way Easement" shown on the plan. The current assessor's map and the current GIS map indicate the area is Bean Avenue. If the Right of Way has been or will be abandoned, clearly indicate the details on the plan and explain in your response letter. 5. Show on the site or grading plans the maneuverability for the solid waste enclosures.(DS 6-01.5.3.B) 6. The floodplain use permit will be approved when the DP is approved.
