Site Plan OK Historic review required for: Perimeter yard setback from the proposed garage addition to the south, west and east perimeter yard property line and proposed wall to to the south, west and east perimeter yard property line.

Per LUC Section 3.2.6.4, HR-2 Zone, Development Designator "I", Perimeter Yard Indicator "AA" the required perimeter yard setback is 6.0' or 2/3 the height of the exterior wall.
1. Based on an exterior wall height of less than 14.33' the required perimeter yard setback from the proposed garage addition to the south, west and east property line is 9.6', proposed setback is 6.0' to the south, west and east property line.
2. Based on an exterior wall height of less than 7.0' the required perimeter yard setback from the proposed 7'-0" wall to the south, west and east property line is 6.0', proposed setback is 0.0' to the south, west and east property line.
