The pipe sizing chart on sheet P2 refers to the 2006 UPC but the appendix and chart used for pipe sizing is from the 2006 IPC. This review has been made using the 2006 UPC based on the Architect's code summary.
2. Provide a design for the mounting shelf for the water heater along with structural calculations to show that the water heater is safely supported. Reference: Section 314.5, UPC 2006.
3. Clarify how the tempered water is to be provided to the lavatories. ASSE standard 1016 is for temperature control at the hot water source while ASSE 1017 and ASSE 1070 control the temperature at the point-of-use.
