The building plan has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed. 2. Zoning has reviewed the building plan but the plans are not clear on the proposed overall dimensions of the modular building. Sheet 2 title block shows 36' x 60', the plan only has an overall for the short side of 35'-6'. When the dimensions are added up for the long side the building is over 150'. Clarify what the overall dimension are. Provide an overall height dimension from grade to the top of parapet for the building. 3. Zoning will re-review the building plan on the next submittal to insure compliance with the approved development package. Additional comments may be forthcoming.
