Per UDC TABLE 6.3-4.A: DIMENSIONAL STANDARDS FOR THE C-1, C-2, C-3, OCR-1, & OCR-2 ZONES, HC-3 Zone, the required perimeter yard setback is 1-1/2 times the height of the exterior wall.
1. Based on an exterior wall height of less than 18.08' the required perimeter yard setback from the proposed addition to the south, property line is 27.125', proposed setback is 12.6'.
2. Based on an exterior wall height of less than 8.5' the required perimeter yard setback from the proposed addition to the west property line is 12.75', proposed setback is 3.0' .
