COMMENTS: the following comments are relative to an application for a Design Development Option (DDO).


This Site requires a DDO for the perimeter yard setback. This site is in the HR-3 Zone (LUC Section 2.3.6.2.A.1). The Development Designator is "P" (LUC Section 3.2.3.1.B) and the Perimeter Yard Indicator CC (LUC Section 3.2.6.4).

The proposed porch requires a setback from the south property line of 10'-0", the owner proposes a setback of 5'-3".


This Site requires a review by HPZ for changes to the exterior and addition of porch and room addition.
