COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along with redlines and a response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

1. Zoning has reviewed the building plans for the compliance with the development package (DP) site plan. The building plans appear to in substantial compliance with the unapproved DP Site plan but Zoning cannot approve the building plans at this time. Zoning will approve the building plans once the DP Site Plan has been approved by all reviewers.

2. The amenities other than the location of the Ramada as noted in special exception condition #7 cannot be verified on the development plan included in the building package. The reviewer on the development package made the comment in his last review that the benches and canopy trees must be indicated and annotated on the development package sheets. Ensure that the most current and approved development package sheets are included in the building package prior to the next building plans submittal for review and approval. .

3. The site plan included in the building plan set must match the DP Site Plan.

4. Zoning is willing to review and approve the building plans over the counter with and appointment once the development package is approved and included with the building plans package. (Call in advance for an appointment if you wish to have an over the counter review, assuming zoning is the final approval needed.)
