COMMENTS: the following comments are relative to an application for a Design Development Option (DDO).


This Site requires a DDO for the setbacks to the south property line. This site is in the R-1 Zone (LUC Section 2.3.4.2.A.1). The Development Designator is "G" (LUC Section 3.2.3.1.B) and the Perimeter Yard Indicator AA (LUC Section 3.2.6.4).

The adjacent property to the south is zoned RX-1. The minimum setback to the south property line is twenty (20) feet (LUC Section 3.2.6.4). The proposed setback is ten (10) feet.
