This letter reflects comments to be addressed. In order to facilitate a shorter back check time, we request that you please provide revised plans and calculations, along with a written response to each of the noted items indicating action taken. SCOPE OF REVIEW: The scope of this plan review includes architectural, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and energy conservation. The purpose of this review is to verify compliance to the 2006 International Residential Code with local amendments. Other comment references may be derived from additional codes and standards adopted by The City of Tucson. All features have been checked only to the extent allowed by the submittals provided for review. All portions of this project are assumed to meet other departmental requirements, conditions, and concerns before permit approval. ELECTRICAL PLAN: 1. Include all four electrical panels on riser diagram, E3605.5. PLUMBING PLAN: 2. Specify the intended plumbing code used for the design of this plan. The 2006 IRC is the default code adopted by the City of Tucson. However, the UPC may be used if specified. 3. Correct the plumbing fixture unit charts. The values specified do not align with either the UPC or the IRC. Refer to Tables 6-5 and 7-3 in the UPC OR Tables P2903.6(1) and P3004.1 in the IRC. 4.
