This site is located in the R-2 zone (LUC Section 2.3.5.2.A.1). The Development Designator is "I" (LUC Sections 2.3.5.2.A.1 & 3.2.3.1.B) and the Perimeter Yard Indicator is AA (LUC Sections 3.2.3.1.B & 3.2.6.4).

Revise the dimension for the building heights on the plot plans. The setback heights are measured from design grand (ground level) to the highest point of each wall (LUC Sections 3.2.6.4 & 3.2.7.2.B). The dimensions provided are from finished floor.

Revise the elevations. The east and west elevation provided are the mirror image of what is on the plot plans.
