Add the Following information to the Plans. 1. Add a note indicating the actual Square footage of the Storage area and define it on the plan. Storage area must not exceed 500 Square feet. 2. List the hours of operation on the plan. The ordinance specifies the hours of operation to be from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM no later no earlier. 3. The waiting area must be clearly defined and must be a minimum of 25% of the overall gross floor area of the Suite being occupied by the tenant. Info under the LUC Review Text Block lists a square footage of 628, Just underneath the GFA note the waiting area is 25.8% of 1,629 Sq Ft. Clarify why the difference in square footage. 4. I have provided copies of a Sealed Survey drawing requested by PDSD and a letter from Mr. Beglarian that must be added to the plan sheets. The copies of these two documents can be copies onto the overall site plan sheet as reference. 5. Label the Suite number on the Site plan portion of the drawing. (I acknowledge that the suite number is in the title block. It needs to be clear which suite is proposed for the TI.) 6. Add the building dimension from the west corner of the building where the suite is located to the east wall of the suite 112. 7. Label the name of the Shopping center. 8. Label the Permit Number (T12CM05184) in the lower right corner of the plan sheet. 9. Per the Memo from the State, before receiving Allocated Dispensary Registration Certificate, certain applications must be submitted. It is not clear to me how this process is to work and whether or not I can do a final approval of the location without the certificate from the State. Clarify if the certificate has been received by the People listed in the memo. Copies of the Certificates may be required. |
