Add 10 more occupants to the already +/- 14 which equals a total of +/- 24 occupants. c. As per the 2006 IBC, section 2002.2 exception 2, separate toilet rooms are now required for men and women. Please provide another toilet room which must be accessible. 2. Water dispenser and service sink are not shown. Please provide a complete floor plan of the existing facilities showing all toilets, water dispensers and service sink. 3. With a building 80' long, how can you have a travel distance of 75'? Please provide another exit as required by tables 1019.1 and 1019.2. 4. Please provide a detail of the cooler mounting brackets showing attachment to structural memebers of the metal building and support elements as required by the structutral calculations. Insure all elements of the cooler support have been analyized by the structural engineer including the structural members of the metal building. END OF REVIEW |
